ALP Communications of Toronto has won a Grand Remi Award and two Gold Awards at the prestigious Worldfest International Film Festival in Houston, TX.

THE BMW EXPERIENCE: PASSION FOR INNOVATION won Best of Show in the New Media/Website category, earning ALP a Grand Remi Award.

THE 2009 MAZDA6 INTERACTIVE OWNERS MANUAL won Gold in the New Media/Website category.

CRAFTED AT M, a short documentary, won Gold in the Film and Video category.

"It is a thrill to win a Worldfest Grand Remi Award on behalf of BMW of North America, a client of ALP Communications for over 20 years—and also to win a Gold Award for Mazda North American Operations, a new client of less than one year," said Adrian Powell, President of ALP Communications.

Worldfest received more than 4,500 entries from 37 countries around the world. Only 13 achieved the level of excellence judged worthy of a Grand Remi Award, Worldfest’s highest honor.

"The Grand Remi for THE BMW EXPERIENCE: PASSION FOR INNOVATION is a testament to BMW’s faith in ALP to conceive, research, write and produce unique insights that reach deep inside BMW’s headquarters in Munich," said Powell.

"Mazda engaged us for our unique experience in product knowledge customer communication. The result was the industry’s clearest and friendliest presentation of the technologically sophisticated 2009 Mazda6...and a Worldfest Gold."
